"Delicious Chicken Masala Made with Sadguna Chicken Masala: A Flavorful Recipe You Don't Want to Miss!"


                                          Chicken Masala 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small piece of ginger, minced
  • 2-3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp ghee or oil
  • Sadguna chicken masala, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

 1. Heat the ghee or oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

 3. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and sauté for a minute or two until fragrant.

 4. Add the chicken pieces and sauté for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.

 5. Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and Sadguna chicken masala to taste. Stir to combine.

 6. Add enough water to cover the chicken and bring the mixture to a boil.

 7. Reduce the heat to low and let the chicken simmer for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.

 8. Adjust the seasoning with salt and more Sadguna chicken masala if needed.

 9. Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or roti. Enjoy!
