Savor the Flavorful Meat Masala Made with Sadguna Meat Masala Powder

                                                                       Meat Masala 
 Ingredients:

  •  1 lb meat (beef or lamb), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, minced
  • 2-3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp ghee or oil
  • Sadguna meat masala powder, to taste (available on www.sadguna.in)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

 1. Heat the ghee or oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

 3. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and sauté for a minute or two until fragrant.

 4. Add the meat pieces and sauté for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.

 5. To taste, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and Sadguna meat masala powder (available on www.sadguna.in). Stir to combine.

 6. Add enough water to cover the meat and bring the mixture to a boil.

 7. Reduce the heat to low and let the meat simmer for 30-40 minutes until fully cooked and tender.

 8. Adjust the seasoning with salt and more Sadguna meat masala powder (available on www.sadguna.in) if needed.
